Policy on Returns and Exchanges

  • Contact customer support via online.supportuk@husqvarnagroup.com to request a return authorisation
  • If you want to cancel your purchase (note eligibility rules below) download the cancelllation form, complete and return it to customer support via post or email (online.supportuk@husqvarnagroup.com)
  • Pack all items in the original boxes. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
  • Return items to your designated dealer / together with a copy of your order-confirmation and cancellation form.
  • If agreed to return via collection service - follow these steps:
    • Fill in the return request form provided by Husqvarna customer support
    • Enclose a copy of your order confirmation and the cancellation form
    • Attach postage slip provided by customer support and arrange collection date
  • Money will be refunded upon receipt and validation of completeness and condition

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the cancellation request form

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

During the warranty period customers are entitled to notify Husqvarna of any discovered defects and demand repair within a reasonable timeframe. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer. For further details see terms & conditions.

Customers have the right to refuse collection / taking delivery of ordered products and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to Husqvarna UK Limited, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
