We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan and when this happens here’s our commitment to you;
If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want an item you have purchased from the Husqvarna online e-store, we will happily accept returns, where the Products are in a new, fully functional, unused and undamaged condition, within 14 days from the date of collection from the Husqvarna Dealer Store.
All returns for online orders must
be processed through Husqvarna Customer Service; Husqvarna Dealer Stores are
unable to process online e-store returns without a Return Authorisation Number and
Form issued from Husqvarna Customer Service. All items to be returned will need
to be examined by a Husqvarna Dealer Store to ensure they are in a new, fully
functional, unused and undamaged
condition and are accompanied by their original packaging, including manuals
and accessories, as supplied with on collection. Refunds will be declined if
the above conditions are not met and the items fail the return inspection.
